Shirin Kouladjie

“Days of my life”
Archived visual diary accounts by Shirin Kouladjie which exude an intuitive and playful intimacy. As you journey through the collection of pages, static images, moving images, dates, times and moments; you get the sense that images are a platform for communicating what cannot be said by words alone. Shirin deconstructs information and visuals offered to her by her surroundings in her web creations, which become a materialization of her nostalgia for childhood and a rejection of the idealized precepts of perfection.
